The offer at my daughter's school was not particularly attractive, although it was based on the framework concept of the school authority. My daughter had no idea what she would enjoy, and we as parents were not able to give her comprehensive advice at all. That's why we sent our daughter to Ms. Pannenbäcker. The idea of looking not only at interests but above all at motives and learning how to make good decisions had convinced me. Our daughter had a wonderful appointment and came home confident and proud. She was able to explain in her own words why what was good for her. Amazing how accurate the outcome is and how logical decisions can be derived from it. 5 stars!

I used the coaching to work out the meaning of my job. For a long time I have had the feeling that I don't fit my job. However, until now I lacked ideas about what exactly could fit. I now have these ideas! Thank you!
Ms. Pannenbäcker made me feel that it was really fun to deal with. The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation on site, because I had to park quite far away with my cast leg. And the stairwell without an elevator was also difficult for my condition. Mrs. Pannenbäcker provided me well with food and drink, which was very obliging!
Especially the evaluation of one's own skills and the presentation of several career suggestions was very interesting. In addition, the information and clarification regarding various options for entering professional life (university, college, distance learning, training, etc.) was also very informative!
