We started working with Mr. Hartmann as an agency about two years ago. What was originally intended as a comparison or as an aid in pricing quickly established itself as a method of thinking among almost all of our employees. As a traditional advertising agency, you are often trapped in a very rigid hourly thinking and don't realize at all that lack of business success is due to this. I don't know anyone who can correctly plan complex client projects in particular on the basis of hours, because every project is always individual and is not like any before it - either the agency has offered too few hours and is at a disadvantage, or the client is paying significantly too much. The realization that there are no winners in this model came to us pretty quickly in Mark's seminar. Especially since we worked out the solution and the way to get there together in a practical way.

We were in the pricing seminar about 5 months ago and pretty quickly turned everything upside down in the agency and almost completely abolished hourly rates and time tracking. Currently we are in a transition phase, which - open words - is really hard and exhausting. Many old projects still have to be completed, while projects in the "new model" are being added by Markus. We see this as a short-term deterioration for a long-term improvement. Especially because the feedback from our customers reflects that we appear much more competent and professional than before.

Great approach, great guy, great concept, it has helped our agency a lot and we are always in contact and exchange. Thank you Markus for dealing with such an important topic. We were able to take away very concrete and implementable measures that have had a direct impact on sales and the team, and a significant impact at that. By participating in the seminar, we were able to change our perspective and fundamentally rethink and change our previous actions with regard to time recording and pricing.
