I am truly very satisfied with my entire breast surgery process. From the organization and planning leading up to the procedure to the care I received on-site, everything went smoothly. I had my surgery with Dr. Uyar in Izmir in July. I underwent a tummy tuck, including correction of rectus diastasis, as well as a breast lift.

I’m deliberately writing this review only now, several months after my surgery, because I wanted to take the time to truly share my honest opinion about the entire process, the care I received, and, of course, the results.

Before my surgery, I read countless reviews myself and was quite unsure at times. That’s why it’s important to me to share my own experiences in detail and honestly, in the hope that it might help ease some of the uncertainty others feel before making such a decision.

And what can I say? I’m truly incredibly thrilled! ❤️

From the initial consultation in Germany, through the organization and my stay in Turkey, all the way to the aftercare following my return to Germany—everything simply went wonderfully.

Even the airport pickup went absolutely smoothly. I’d especially like to highlight my coordinator, Fadime, who was always by my side during my stay and provided me with truly great support.

I was incredibly nervous before my surgery and definitely asked some questions two or three times over. But no matter how often I asked a question, Fadime always took the time to explain everything to me patiently and kindly. At no point did I feel like I was bothering her with my many questions.

Another aspect I found very positive was how my personal requests were handled. Fadime kept checking in to see if everything was okay. Whenever I mentioned something I might have wanted done differently, it was taken very seriously. For example, there was one situation where I wished I had a little more privacy. That was immediately taken into account and addressed. It’s exactly these kinds of things that show me that patients’ well-being is truly a priority.

I also felt very well cared for at the hospital. Whenever I was in pain, they took care of me and gave me the appropriate medication.

There was a minor incident the night after my surgery that briefly unsettled me. I had pain in my lower abdomen and mentioned it. A nurse then came to check on me. During the examination, however, my chest was checked, even though I had felt the pain mainly in my abdomen. I was a bit surprised at the time, but I think this might have simply been part of the standard post-operative checkup, or perhaps we didn’t quite understand each other due to the language barrier. Since I have no medical training myself, I don’t want to pass judgment on that. Overall, I felt really well cared for and supported at the hospital.

But what I’d especially like to highlight is the post-operative care!

After I returned to Germany, I unfortunately had problems with the wound healing on my abdomen. Of course, this made me feel a bit unsettled at first, and I was worried. However, I’m also aware that a wound healing complication can occur after such a surgery and doesn’t automatically mean that something went wrong during the procedure.

I then sent photos to Medicalfly and the doctor, and we were in constant communication. I wasn’t left to deal with my concerns on my own and could ask questions at any time. After some time, the affected area finally healed.

And that’s exactly what I find truly remarkable: Even now, months after my surgery, I’m still in touch with Medicalfly and get a response very quickly whenever I have questions.

To me, that’s incredibly valuable! Because especially when you decide to have surgery abroad, you naturally worry about what will happen once you’re back home and questions or problems might still arise. That’s why I appreciate it all the more that the support doesn’t just end when I leave Turkey.

Of course, I’d also like to say a few words about Dr. Uyar himself.

He’s an incredibly friendly, warm, and—in my experience—highly competent doctor! ❤️

Perhaps some people might initially have reservations because of his relatively young age. But I can honestly say that, in my case, those concerns were completely unfounded. His calm, friendly, and warm manner gave me an incredible sense of security. I felt truly at ease with him and knew I was in good hands.

And what can I say about the result? I’m really super satisfied and incredibly happy with my decision!

Of course, after procedures like these, the body needs time to heal completely. My scars are still healing, and the final result will only become apparent over time. But even now, I’m more than satisfied with the results so far.

I would choose Dr. Uyar and Medicalfly again in a heartbeat, and I can truly only speak from my personal, overwhelmingly positive experiences.

My experience with medicalfly during my nose surgery far exceeded my expectations. İ was very satisfied with the entire hospital staff and the doctor, but very dissatisfied with my caregiver. The communication between us was not right, I felt left alone. I had a breast augmentation with implants last week in Istanbul with Dr. Egemen. I had originally planned to have a lift with implants as I was very unhappy with my sagging breasts. However, Dr. Egemen advised me against a lift as he was of the opinion that I could achieve my goals without a lift, i.e. only with the insertion of implants. This speaks very highly of the doctor, as it shows that the focus is not on money, but on the patient. I am very grateful to him for his recommendation. From picking me up at the airport to the operation, everything worked perfectly. I had no pain at all and was able to walk and move around after 2 days. I am more than satisfied so far. I will probably not see the final result for at least 3 months, as the implants are still swollen at the moment. However, I am very confident. Many thanks to the whole team!
