As a patient who has had such a procedure for the first time, I can only praise the entire team.
The on-site supervisor (the lovely Betül), who also speaks fluent German, was available around the clock, answered all questions, was always at our side and took away any fear and concerns with her manner. She was full of positive energy, which was contagious. One felt very comfortable in her presence. The entire team was more than friendly and accommodating. The care you received from the team is something you don't get everywhere. You were not just another patient but a person to be taken care of.

I can heartily recommend the team!

From consultation to discharge and follow-up TOP.
The result of the breast surgery made me say again that I made the best decision with Dr. Onur Egemen and of course Medicalfly.

I have been to Dr. Onur Egemen 3 times now and I do not regret any of the procedures I have had done. His team, like himself, are young and very experienced forces. No question is left unanswered, every procedure is explained in detail in German or Turkish. The stay in the Memorial Hospital Bahçelievler has been very pleasant. The hospital rooms resemble a hotel room, which was very good for my recovery. Scars from the surgeries are we whisked away, no scars visible. A big thank you to Betül who did not leave my side and serenaded me in the hospital, right after the surgery together with the staff, for my birthday including cake🥰😘😘.
I can only recommend Medicalfly after all these experiences, my beauty doc has also made me a person who enjoys looking at myself in the mirror every time. Thank you for everything Medicalfly 🥰

From the consultation to the final appointment in Istanbul, everything went smoothly and was very structured. Sevgi was my contact person and always available for me. She was always available to answer all my questions. She is really very helpful and accommodating. Lovely team good doctors. I would choose Medicalfly again.

I had a stomach reduction performed. Already the consultation in Germany was very good and detailed. On site in Turkey I was accompanied by Sevgi, who was always there for me and my questions. The hospital was very good, much more staff than you know from Germany and always concerned about the patients. I thenke Dr. Sen for his patience and his explanations. Already after 1 week I see and notice positive changes. I feel better and am off insulin. Thank you for a new life, finally not fat anymore and a great new attitude towards life with a lot of health.

My appointment had to be rescheduled, although it was already midnight was immediately responded to and within not even 1 hour everything was settled.
The staff is very commendable with everything.
The cleaner Yeter Ertürk was especially careful and nice.

I had a breast lift and tummy tuck performed by Prof. Onur Egemen. Everything went without complications and the result looks mega good now already after 2 weeks. I can recommend Medicalfly with a clear conscience, because the service on site, as well as the consultation beforehand in Germany were top. I would like to thank Prof. Onur Egemen, Betül, Arif, the nurses and Nida who advised me very professionally and took good care of me.

Absolute mistake!

Can not recommend Medicalfly unfortunately. After the failed surgery, no solution could be found. Only excuses and lies. Very much regret my decision.
