First of all, I really appreciate his homepage, the personality blog. This gave me a feel for how Mr. Kopp-Wichmann works and whether I would like it. So the decision to go for coaching was made very consciously and deliberately and I knew roughly what to expect. I also appreciated how transparent the pricing is.
This impression was also confirmed during and after the coaching: Mr. Kopp-Wichmann is very authentic, transparent and professional.
About the coaching itself: It is true that the blog reveals some things in advance, such as typical sentences on life topics. However, sitting there yourself and going through these with Mr. Kopp-Wichmann in the face of your own construction sites is something completely different and even more instructive.
The moments when Mr. Kopp-Wichmann put his own problems into his own words were particularly valuable for me. It gives you a different perspective when you hear how Mr. Kopp-Wichmann puts it. I'm still drawing on that now and I'm curious to see what else develops from it.
In short: Mr. Kopp-Wichmann is an extremely pleasant person with whom you can talk about your life issues online in such a short space of time. And: You get a new perspective and possible new paths for your own concerns. I am very satisfied (grateful).

From the first appointment request to the coaching session itself, I felt that I was receiving competent support from Mr. Kopp-Wichmann. Even in the virtual setting, he creates an atmosphere of trust in which I was able to work on my topic very well thanks to his targeted questions and exercises.

In my opinion, the 3h coaching as an online appointment is the perfect format in combination with the great competence and empathy of Mr. Kopp-Wichmann.
Due to the many case histories online, I was actually well prepared with regard to the process. But making my inner conflict tangible and visible was an unexpectedly deep, emotional experience and brought me great relief due to the inner conflict I had found.

This coaching is an incredibly valuable experience. An absolute recommendation!

Mr. Kopp-Wichmann has given me a completely new perspective on my life issues.
Thanks to the coaching, within a few weeks my life - and I myself - had developed significantly and achieved personal goals that I had previously seemed to have blocked internally.

Mr. Kopp-Wichmann recognized me and my life issue immediately, accompanied me very empathetically in experiencing my inner conflict and conveyed appreciative and sustainable solutions.

By applying the methods I was shown in the coaching session, I was able to effectively implement changes in my behavior and felt much better immediately after the appointment.
Within just a few weeks, I feel back to myself, balanced and happy.

The personality blog also offers great added value!

The 3h coaching with Mr. Kopp-Wichmann helped me a lot to recognize my current bottlenecks and to better understand my behavior patterns. Especially with certain experiences from childhood, work and relationships, it felt good to get an external perspective on things - partly validating and partly critical. Of course, a 3-hour session is not a magic pill, but I now know exactly what I need to do and which aspects I can work on personally and professionally. I can recommend it to others!

It was very well prepared and I was able to experience new perspectives. That was very helpful. Mr. Kopp-Wichmann is very empathetic and was able to get to grips with my topic. The coaching was also very well received for my later use. After 2:40 hours, including breaks, the coaching was over.
I hope it wasn't just because of my topic, but I would have liked to have used the whole time. Cost/benefit. Therefore not 5 stars in every point. But I am still satisfied with the result.

I was impressed by the 3-hour coaching session. Mr. Kopp-Wichmann asked questions very calmly and put the sometimes complex contexts into context. Mr. Kopp-Wichmann always kept the overview during the conversation. I was therefore able to concentrate solely on the questions without worrying that the conversation would lose its thread. I am very grateful for that. I am glad that there is a recording, as I can always remind myself of the most important insights with the help of the video. I watched the recording for the first time four months later and also realized what I had forgotten and that topics are still relevant.

My request to contact Mr. Kopp-Wichmann was very specific & extensive. And although we only worked together for a few hours, online for the first time, I was able to tick off many questions for myself. His calm but inquiring manner did me a lot of good during the conversation, as I was able to think & and work with him in a very relaxed way. The time flew by in a flash & I left the online coaching session with a bunch of ideas & motivated.

Mr. Kopp-Wichmann impressed me with his expertise, life experience and his calm, objective yet compassionate manner. You could tell that my "case" was not an everyday occurrence for him, yet after a short break, including a personality test, I received good to very good input from him. The recording of the 2-hour consultation also proved to be helpful afterwards. The only potential for improvement would be to make the most of the 2 hours with the consultation if possible, keep the breaks a little shorter and only take notes afterwards. For the price, that should be possible. Thank you very much and I would recommend you to others.

Mr. Kopp-Wichmann worked with me to develop a helpful and detailed overview of my concerns. I felt understood and supported and was able to leave the coaching session feeling encouraged. He is pleasant in his manner, very structured and stays on topic. I think the coaching is a bit too expensive, but on the other hand I like the fact that he values himself and sets a good example.

Basically: I liked the coaching. However, my actual concern (making a decision) was not dealt with in such a way that I initially made progress on this point through the coaching ("You have already made the decision."). I found that irritating at first.
Furthermore, I was already familiar with the sentence "My life is mine." from a podcast. In this respect, I got the impression that it was not specifically tailored to me. I am also still not convinced that emancipation from the parental home was and is my main point.
Nevertheless, there were many very interesting tips that have kept me busy. In a way, the coaching has continued to have an effect over time.
The decision has now been made with conviction. The impulses have accompanied me. However, I would have liked a more tangible result directly after the coaching.

A different concept of coaching and therefore so effective. It is about causes not symptoms and how to overcome the deficit (bottleneck) in solving internal and external conflicts. There is no catalog of recommended actions, but you are guided to find the solution yourself.
