The training with Tim was definitely worth it! Due to my home office and a lot of stress at work, I put on quite a bit of weight last year, and then getting up to work out instead of relaxing at home and spending time with my two daughters somehow never worked out so that I also see success. Not to mention the diet.
Tim did a really good job of picking me up and putting together workouts with me that I enjoyed and that motivated me. The coaching sessions also helped me move forward. We analyzed my diet and talked a lot about what is healthy and what I can/should eat. Having my own app has worked great.
Besides my continuing education, it was one of the best investments in myself, I feel fit, lost 7 kilos and have more energy throughout the day. In the meantime, I no longer feel like sitting on the couch in the evening, but prefer to go out in the weather and do something with the family. I can only recommend Tim!
