I have yet to meet a more helpful, motivating and better advising coach. Ulla is empathetic, takes her time and responds constructively to individual concerns. She explains everything clearly and uses her extensive knowledge of communication, beliefs, EMDR, system laws, NVC and much more to help.

I can recommend her to everyone!

An EMDR session in addition to coaching brings initial changes and is also worthwhile.

Ulla is very authentic and that's why I decided to book a PowerCourse including coaching with her. And it was exactly the right decision! The course alone gave me so much information and the exercises deepened it all very well. The coaching sessions and EMDR then took me one step further. Ulla has a lot of compassion, you trust her right from the start and she simply has a lot of knowledge and picks you up exactly where you are. That's why I decided to continue with her, because I simply want to know more and develop myself further. I would always recommend her!

Ulla's manner immediately made me feel at ease. I realized that she puts her heart and soul into her work.
In the coaching (EMDR) 3 weeks ago, I was able to transform a belief of mine in such a way that I react differently in many things in everyday life, take better care of myself and deal with myself in a more reflective way.

Courses and coaching sessions with Ulla are simply extremely good for my salvation, my satisfaction with myself and my life, and for my motivation to continue positively and develop myself further.
I find Ulla very trustworthy, because she treats her fellow human beings with equal dignity, has a relaxed and humorous manner and at the same time a lot of competence. It is clear that what she does is her passion and she has an honest interest in helping people, not focusing on profit. I just feel comfortable with her.
Through her coaching sessions, I have been able to dissolve several negative beliefs and replace them with positive, new ones. As a result, I go into my life stronger and better able to relate to those around me, especially my children and partner, and to improve and deepen my relationship with them.

Ulla has the calm away, is warm and open. I felt like I was allowed to just be and be completely ok, even when I didn't feel ok.
During the EMDR session I felt safe.... everything was allowed to be and Ulla led me through the process in a completely sovereign and almost light, playful and yet serious and professional way. Just as I needed it at that particular moment.
Now, a few days later, I am infinitely grateful for this experience and everything that was allowed to release and relax through it.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, dear Ulla.

I understand myself better. Especially why I react the way I don't want to in stressful situations with the kids. Thanks to you, I have been able to recognize some patterns and dissolve the beliefs through EMDR with you.

I have never received so much concentrated, in-depth and interdisciplinary knowledge in one course. At an unbeatable price. Ulla's price is more than fair when I consider what I get there. Ulla is incredibly authentic, unpretentious and full of energy. In just one session we "cracked" a deep-seated belief system and transformed it into well-being. I have already recommended Ulla to others and hope that many people will take up her offer. Yes, it is always difficult to get involved in something like this and I myself definitely belong(ed) to the skeptical people. But it is a gift. So: let Ulla clean up your subconscious and don't give the saber-toothed tiger another chance.

I felt well guided and absolutely taken care of and understood. Ulla Richter gave very helpful, reflective impulses and feedbacks into the process. Although the topic was very, very painful for me, I was able to enter into it. The EMDR process is difficult for me to describe in words; a lot happened with me and I dived deep and had many images, scenes and feelings that became brighter and brighter. The stressful issue has changed in a noticeable positive way. Thank you very much :).

Ulla is a very calm yet powerful woman.She is so patient and listens to you and feels our situation and coach us how to deal with it. I had few coaching sessions with her , I went to her with scared mom mindset and came out as a confident & powerful mama. From her EMDR my sleep has finally returned and I feel like a new person. With EMDR she very safely access memories those are scaring me since long. I am able to process and heal some inner wounds.
