The incredible depth of knowledge is phenomenal. This is the first time anyone has been able to explain to me how changing my diet changes the biochemistry in my body and the effects it has on the molecular structure of my cells. Many tried to sell me supplements and could not answer my questions. They had no idea about micronutrients and their effects in metabolism.

What a surprising and instructive content in the e-book! Incredibly easy to integrate and implement in everyday life. However, it was also first exciting to read something like this at all, because I would never have been aware of these mistakes in the dietary change. Clear recommendation!

Finally a book that deals more precisely with the errors in the dietary change. The book combines scientific backgrounds and manages to explain complicated relationships understandably. The tips are great and easy to implement. The book should really read everyone!

I found the book mega good to read, whether you have prior knowledge or not.
I will read it again more often, because I noticed that I already knew a lot of information, but have forgotten some of it again. The "good to know" points are a perfect short summary that is easy to recall and incorporate into everyday life.
Please write more books like this and thank you for sharing your knowledge.
