The consultation with Mr. Wegmann was very good. Everything was discussed and explained in detail. The installation teams were very friendly and worked cleanly. My somewhat older electrical installation was also brought up to date without any problems. My system has now been running for a year. The size of the system and power generation is perfectly adequate for my needs and I am very happy with it.

Wir haben uns für Herrn Wegmann entschieden, da er, anders als andere angefragte Unternehmen, einer Erweiterung und Modernisierung einer Bestandsanlage sehr offen gegenüber stand. Die Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte über die Enerix Webseite mit einem zeitnahem Rückruf per Telefon, bei dem die ersten Eckdaten aufgenommen wurden . Die Beratung vor Ort war sehr professionell und kompetent. Auf unsere Wünsche, auch wenn sich diese kurzfristig änderten , wurde immer eingegangen. In unserem Fall wurden die Bestands-PV-Module beibehalten und durch weitere Neue inkl. einem neuen Wechselrichter und einem Heizstab ergänzt. Die Installation der Module sowie die elektrische Inbetriebnahme erfolgte schnell und professionell. Auch nach der Fertigstellung ist Herr Wegmann gut erreichbar und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.

Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche und positive Bewertung – und vor allem für das Vertrauen, das Sie mir und meinem Team entgegengebracht haben.

Es freut mich besonders, dass wir Ihre bestehende Photovoltaikanlage nicht nur erhalten, sondern durch gezielte Erweiterung mit zusätzlichen Modulen, einem neuen Wechselrichter und dem Heizstab technisch auf den neuesten Stand bringen konnten. Solche Projekte machen für mich den besonderen Reiz aus – vorhandene Systeme sinnvoll weiterzuentwickeln und dabei individuelle Kundenwünsche umzusetzen.

Dass Sie sich während des gesamten Ablaufs gut betreut gefühlt haben und auch die Nachbetreuung schätzen, freut mich sehr. Ich bin gerne weiterhin für Sie da.
