Hatte nach den AGBs gefragt und bekam zur Antwort dass da nichts wichtiges drin stände und man selbst sich damit nicht befasse.
Danach haben wir von dem PV Berater nie wieder etwas gehört. Waren wir als Kunde zu kritisch?

bezugnehmend unserer AGB´s liegt sicherlich ein Missverständniss vor!
U.U. haben wir darauf hingewiesen, dass neben den AGB´s (die selbstverständlich auch bei uns wichtig und erhältlich sind) es unserer Meinung weitaus wichtiger ist dass ein PV-Kunde den Solateur auch greifen kann. Was bringen die AGB´s wenn der Solateur 500km entfernt ist und keine saubere Arbeit geleistet hat (:-))

After looking into the subject of photovoltaics and receiving offers from a number of providers, we became aware of Enerix Odenwald in Rimbach. During an information evening, we received very good advice on this topic and our last concerns were clarified and dispelled. A decisive factor in our decision in favor of Enerix was, among other things, the proximity and accessibility of the company, but also the balanced price/performance ratio. Once the contract had been awarded, everything went very quickly and smoothly. The work was completed within the agreed deadlines and we always felt that we were in good hands and well advised at every stage of the installation. The system is now running smoothly and to our complete satisfaction.
We would commission Enerix Odenwald from Rimbach again at any time and can recommend this company with a clear conscience.
