The team from Enerix Westlicher Niederrhein provided very good advice and an excellent service, from the request for quotation to the installation of the PV system to the acceptance and meter change. The price/performance ratio was right and I felt that I was in good hands with Enerix at all times.
The managing director, Mr. Schliefer, was able to answer all my questions competently and in detail. He was also easy to contact at all times and got back to me on the same day to clarify any outstanding issues.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the work carried out by Enerix.

Mr. C. Schliefer contacted me by phone on Sunday after his employee had assured me. In the following 1-hour phone call, we jointly found a source of error in the RCT Power Switch device and reinstalled it in the app. It was a very friendly conversation; Mr. Schliefer was very calm. I was informed by my battery manufacturer to carry out an update. As I was unsure how to do this, I contacted Enerix Westlicher Niederrhein. I got a call back from the managing director Mr. Schliefer on the same day (after work). To complete the update, we made an appointment where Mr. Schliefer explained to me step by step how to carry out the update. And it worked really well. Thank you for Mr. Schliefer's patience.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, vom ersten Kontakt am Tag der offenen Tür über die Beratung, Planung, Umsetzung, Übergabe bis hin zur Dokumentation. Herr Schliefer und seine Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren immer freundlich und kompetent. Am Ende hat man eine perfekt funktionierende PV Anlage UND Ansprechpartner falls doch mal Probleme auftauchen werden. Empfehlung!

Very good and honest advice - our wishes were taken into account precisely without trying to talk us into anything. Throughout the entire project, we had a fixed contact person who was always available. Although we had to make improvements during implementation, Mr. Schliefer looked at everything personally and everything was fixed quickly and cleanly. In the end, we are very satisfied, the system is running perfectly - a clear recommendation!

In der Suche nach Fehlern für die Betriebsstörung in der Anlage, war Herr Schiefer über Telefonischen Kontakt sehr hilfreich, geduldig und freundlich.
Eine perfekte Lösung für mich wurde gefunden. Das System der Anlagenzugänge über App‘s, Fritz!box und Intern wurde mir sehr gut erklärt.

Bei unserer Auswahl des Partners für die Installation einer PV-Anlage hat uns Herr Schliefer schon bei der sehr kompetenten und fachlich hervorragenden Beratung beeindruckt. Die weitere Planung, Wahl des Aufstellungsorts für die Batterie und die Kabelführung im Haus haben diesen ersten Eindruck weiter bestätigt. Without exception, the employees we used were very friendly, did a very good job and always left the construction site clean. The advice was extremely detailed, competent and understandable and tailored to our needs.
