Fabian's coaching was a valuable, creative input for the day-to-day sales business in every respect. Contemporary methodology combined with good assessments and honest feedback have provided new and different perspectives and approaches. The coaching, especially the individual one-to-one coaching sessions, were always motivating and positively encouraged me to reflect on my personal approach in my day-to-day work. I was particularly pleased that the focus was always on individual development. The methods presented are intended as additional tools and do not serve as strict guidelines that must be adhered to. With the possibility of freely allocating time for further training outside of the coaching sessions, time resources are spared during working hours.
Fabian was always available via various channels (telephone, email, WhatsApp). Making appointments with Fabian worked just as smoothly and quickly.
All in all, a well-organized coaching session with lots of creative input, professional and personal advice and modern implementation.

I had the opportunity to participate in the sales coaching program with Fabian and would like to share my positive impressions. The modules were easy to understand and practical, which enabled me to apply what I had learned directly to my everyday work.

The individual coaching sessions with Fabian were particularly helpful, as I was not only able to discuss general sales issues, but my personal concerns were also specifically addressed. The insights I gained have had a positive impact on my professional development.

I particularly appreciate the personal development in coaching. Together with Fabian, we analyzed my strengths and weaknesses and worked out concrete steps to improve my skills.

I took part in a sales seminar with Mr. Rupp about my company and would like to share that compared to my knowledge at the beginning of the seminar, I have learned a lot of theoretical and practical knowledge about sales.

The basic skills are taught and explained step by step, building on each other every week new skills are taught and discussed.

Absolutely recommendable as I as a sales novice now know a lot about it after 12 weeks and have also learned to apply it depending on the customer and situation.

I am very happy about my company's decision to participate in this course.

Addresses the personal work situation very well. In my case it was a change to a new team and therefore a completely new work area. In the individual meetings, the smallest detail was taken into account and the best method was worked out together. All in all, a very pleasant, informal and friendly atmosphere.

Overall, a very coherent concept. Through preparation with the general video course in conjunction with direct coaching, good knowledge can be imparted in my opinion.
Especially in the coaching sessions, you take the time to listen to your counterpart and improve specific cases or areas that are important to you personally. Many thanks for that Fabian!

Individual and perfectly feasible in terms of time. When my boss booked this program for me, I was a bit skeptical at first because my time didn't really allow it. I have been working in sales for over 3 years and still had deficits in the area of acquisition. Fabian showed me a structured and suitable way and also worked on my mindset. What can I say... with the NVM method came the successes and for that I am very grateful!

Thank you for this training and your input!
I have been working in sales for almost 2 years and have set myself the goal of bringing more structure and, above all, more efficiency into my work. I wanted to get help with this and that's why I decided to do the training with Fabian. Yes, there were doubts because of the investment, but I went for it.
Looking back, I can now say that I did everything right. I was able to integrate the training perfectly into my daily business and was flexible in terms of location and time. In the individual coaching sessions we worked perfectly tailored to me and I was able to extract so much added value - both in sales and in the mental area.
I recommend it to everyone who is still at the beginning of their sales career, but also to everyone who is open and interested in reaching a new level in sales.
