wohne seit 1 Jahr in Berlin Schöneberg, Es dauert manchmal mit einem Reparaturauftrag aber nach 2 Anrufen auch hier zugig. Miete fair absolut im Rahmen. Hausmeister vor Ort, Reinigung, Hof und Gartenpflege top !

Recommendation
Sehr kompetente Verwaltung, die gut arbeitet und mitdenkt. Die Kommunikation könnte etwas besser sein manchmal. Aber wenn es etwas Wichtiges gibt, verhungert man nicht auf der anderen Seite ... dann genügt ein kurzer Anruf und es wird sich darum gekümmert. Kurzfristige Termine vor Ort sind kein Problem und man wird freundlich und kompetent beraten. Die Abrechnungen sind korrekt und umfangreich, die Belegprüfung aufgrund der akkuraten Buchführung eine angenehme Sache. Insgesamt also von mir: Klare Empfehlung!
