This is a company that is very friendly and courteous. Very helpful in identifying cockroaches, unlike other pest control companies. I felt like I was in good hands.
I could just send photos and videos and even received an immediate response over the weekend. Thank goodness all-clear - the harmless amber wood cockroach!
I first contacted JLS after a bed bug infestation after the critters were brought in. The appointment was swift and after 2 times all was well. Years later I contacted them because there were cockroaches in the backyard at night due to the many restaurants. Again, quick appointment u good advice on what to do about it. Yesterday someone asked me to contact them about silverfish. I called again and talked to Mrs. K. on the phone. The advice was competent and friendly at all times. You get tips to get it under control yourself first before it gets expensive. I can recommend the company 100% from my experience and would like to thank you very much for the fair service. MR
