Jochen Martin is a personal trainer and multiple German Kettlebell Champion. His training focuses are: Slimming, figure toning and fat loss. Furthermore he is a specialist for kettlebell training. Due to his many years of experience (since 1999)... working full-time in the fitness industry, he can now offer his clients an optimal and goal-oriented training program as a personal trainer and coach.
I wanted to start with kettlebell training and was looking for a competent contact person to support me in the beginning. I became aware of Jochen via Instragram and wrote to him. Appointment quickly and uncomplicated. Jochen is a very competent trainer, open and friendly. In the course of our training sessions so far, he has shown me the basics of kettlebell training, adds exercises with system and also builds in other strengthening exercises that support me, for example, when running. He challenges and encourages me to a degree that I find very pleasant, responds sensitively to wishes and needs and I feel very well taken care of with him. Jochen explains the exercises in great detail, explains correlations, observes very closely during the execution of the exercises and corrects them if necessary. The training is a lot of fun and I recommend Jochen 100%!
The training with Jochen is very goal-oriented, as he intensively responds to the discussed wishes and expectations and creates efficient training plans for home.

I can only recommend Jochen as a trainer, he comprehensively addresses the individual needs, proposes an appropriate training plan that also includes other components. His training approach is comprehensive and includes all variations, here is not limited to the kettlebell. It has its place in the training but does not dominate it. In summary: The choice of Jochen is not a bad decision, you will not regret it.
I'm in bootcamp class with Jochen. With kettlebell training I have built up endurance and strength - and often sore muscles in places where I did not even know that there are muscles.
It's great fun and energizes while getting fit 😉

Jochen is a very competent and friendly trainer, with whom I always felt in good hands. My goal of the training was to lose weight and thus achieve my desired figure. Jochen has been responsive to me and my goal from the beginning and through his help I have been able to achieve my goal and now feel more than comfortable in my body, which gives me a completely new attitude towards life. Sport is now an important part of my life and I enjoy it very much, which is mainly thanks to Jochen.

Jochen has put together a training plan that is perfect for my needs and helps me get fit again after two disc surgeries. The training is fun - even though it is challenging - and I can rely on the fact that I can ask questions and that the exercises are explained to me precisely or Jochen makes sure that the exercises are performed correctly.
Jochen is a very likeable and competent trainer. After a short anamnesis he adapts the training plan perfectly to my needs. Since I had a years-long odyssey with extreme back pain behind me, I am now pain-free thanks to Jochen's training plans! Jochen also makes sure that you do your exercises correctly in between and he is always approachable. The program is demanding and I reach my limits, but that's what makes it fun! I would always recommend Jochen to others!

Jochen is super nice, approachable and motivating! Although I myself come from the fitness field, he has inspired me anew, continued / further educated and spurred on. Jochen's training plans are a real godsend for me. The exercises are so well put together that they fit perfectly for me.
