Ms. Theunissen told us about the possibility of INQA coaching with the very attractive funding component. With the support of Katja Theunissen, we carried out the project and used it to test new communication and collaboration tools and channels that deviated from our day-to-day business. Our main focus was on innovation processes, where we improved our previous systematic approach. We also critically examined our digitalization progress, but with the pleasing result: everything is in order! Ms. Theunissen helps me with grant applications. I couldn't have written the first application any better. She has a good skill in recognizing where the advantages but also the problems lie.
