All the people we dealt with at Neuhoff were extremely competent, very friendly and also flexible in the entire process - from the consultation to the selection of appliances and kitchen furniture to the installation.
The installation of our kitchen unit as well as the installation of all appliances were carried out in a highly professional manner. Really great.

Their mechanics were pretty rough motor at work!!!I had to repaint the entire basement wall afterwards.At the old cabinet was on the stairs the door abgeflext!!! I would like to note that the old cabinet was carried down when buying new somewhat difficult ,but without damage.
The new freezer had still on the delivery truck a chipping off because of defective foil.I was asked if I would accept it anyway?Had no other choice, however, because of the outsourced frozen goods!The damage was painted over with some kind of touch-up pen!!!
A requested statement has not been made after an email until today.
