A day at the Lakehouse...the opportunity to be there came about very spontaneously.

No!
What is meant to be happens.

I met Sandra in person at the Woman Empowerment Day in March at the “Neue Welt” in Zwickau.

Our brief but intense exchange on the topic of “mentoring” made me curious enough to accept the invitation to the Lakehouse.

This woman has a knack for quickly bringing the essence of a conversation to light.

What is the Lakehouse?
A house by the lake?
No—it’s more than that.

It is a place... no, it is a series of spaces that channel energy in such a logically thought-out way that you simply cannot help but grow within these rooms.

Thoughts that form words.
Words that form sentences.
Sentences that organize thoughts.

A place with space for learning.
A place with space for exchange.
A place with space for networking.

A place where nothing has been left to chance.
A place that has grown with a lot of love.
A place where learning feels like a vacation.

Each level affects body, mind, and soul.
Every piece of art on the wall adds even more depth to the conversations in the room.
Every thoughtful gesture from the team is marked by mindfulness and care.

It was a pleasure to meet Sandra Mantz in person. I’m impressed by how mindful and, above all, attentive she is to every little detail. First of all, I would like to thank everyone involved who put so much energy and love into this weekend.
It was really great to see so many people who want to make a difference.
Even if some things were a bit "sensory overload" for me personally, I am very grateful for every single encounter and experience.
One thing I can say is that the weekend and the discussions have moved me and will stay with me.

The New Worker Hotspot was an extraordinary experience for me that went far beyond traditional training. The inspiring atmosphere at the Bürgerzentrum Elsenfeld immediately created a framework in which real encounters and new perspectives were possible. As soon as I entered, I felt part of a community that shares a desire for change and genuine collaboration.
What makes this event special is the palpable energy. I made contacts that have helped me grow both personally and professionally. The passion of the organizers could be felt in every aspect of the program and they managed to convey real enthusiasm for the principles of New Work.
For me personally, the hotspot was an initial spark. The impulses have a long-lasting effect and help me to courageously break new ground, take responsibility and make my own company fit for the future. Anyone who wants to actively shape change and develop themselves and their team will find inspiration, knowledge and honest commitment for a new world of work here.

The New Worker Hotspot in Elsenfeld will inspire, remind and positively surprise you. The atmosphere is relaxed, creative and warm - I immediately felt welcome.

The group exercises and the work with the Pix family characters, which show you different personality types, are particularly impressive. The content is conveyed in such a practical way that many "aha moments" occur and concepts become really tangible.

You get to know valuable and inspiring people - the community is warm-hearted, understanding and gives you a feeling of security. The exchange and shared experience show how enriching networking can be in such an environment.

The catering and general conditions are also outstanding. The schedule is clearly structured yet flexible, allowing you to make the most of both learning and networking potential. Particularly exciting: you gain new perspectives on collaboration and learn how to look at it from a different angle.

If you want to learn how to communicate peacefully in all your encounters - private or professional - then the New Worker Hotspot is the right place for you. For me, it was a valuable experience in making the world of work more conscious, humane and inspiring.

The New Worker hotspot in November 2025 was a place where new ideas and innovative approaches for the world of work and society were created to help shape the world of tomorrow. This was not least due to the professional appearance of the speakers and the crew. The focus should not be too strongly on the nursing profession, but also on managers from other sectors. These are also important and their insights are useful for the world of work and society. The New Worker Declaration contains meaningful and important sentences! The regular reading aloud of the declaration in the group during the event seems indoctrinating. It felt strange to me and triggered reactions from times long past.
My personal conclusion: The New Worker Hotspot showed me how important attitude, values, self-reflection and the knowledge of one's own "NOs" are. I received helpful tips and suggestions for further developing my skills as a manager. Thank you for that!

The crystal conversations have brought me closer to the magic of language in an impressive way.

I realized how words deeply influence our relationships: not only in communication with others, but also in conversations with myself and in the conscious use of my own energy. It was impressive to experience how a consciously conducted conversation creates more clarity and expresses the essentials.

The 1:1 coaching with Sandra was much more than a single day for me.
