In difficult family and health situations, Oya's empathetic and professionally experienced individual sessions have helped me a great deal to approach myself and my environment in a more relaxed and loving way. This has opened up new ways of overcoming obstacles that previously seemed insurmountable.

Through my training in the Reference Point Technique and participation in the meditation courses, I was able to recognize and dissolve my unconscious negative patterns of action and finally feel joy, love and hope again. I am deeply grateful to Oya for this.

I had already attended a few therapy sessions with Oya before I even trained as an RPT coach myself. The sessions with her are always enriching - I can say that from my own experience and also speak for the sessions I was able to attend during the training. If I have a problem, I know that I can go to Oya with peace of mind and that I will definitely be a big step further afterwards! This is not only due to her great knowledge and wealth of experience with RPT, but also her empathy and very good discernment. I always feel that I am in very good hands with her - I am therefore very happy to recommend her to others!

My dear Oya, thank you for all your knowledge, your wisdom, your compassion, your trustworthiness, your liveliness, your method and how you apply it is simply divine.
I always feel and have always felt valued by you.
You are a gift to this world and I sincerely hope that many people will find healing with this method. I know of no more effective method with which I and others can achieve such fundamental improvements in our emotional experience and thus in our everyday lives.
The quality of life increases after every session.

I am of the opinion that such a method should be taught in schools. So that our children become aware that they are creators of their lives instead of just victims of external circumstances. This way the world will collectively become more peaceful from generation to generation. And the world will be healthy inside and out.

Oya Erdoğan is a beacon in her field. A flow of positive energy emanates from her character. I have been able to take many benefits from her in my awareness work.
When I had panic attacks, she was immediately there with help and advice. She accompanied me in that phase with heart and soul until I was able to break the panic attacks. Oya Erdoğan's energetic commitment changed my life. She freed me from the deep hole of despair.

Oya accompanied my terminally ill husband as he was dying and helped him through hours of pain with her meditation. Her coaching and spiritual support helped me to cope with this difficult loss. Since then, I have always drawn strength and energy from personal sessions with Oya, which have brought me closer to my inner self. After each session I feel light and ready for the daily challenges.

It seemed completely clear that we were getting divorced and even a final consultation no longer seemed an option. But Oya did it and made the impossible possible. Thanks to her, my wife and I have embarked on a new path. Since then it feels like a new beginning, after 7 years we are getting to know each other in a new way. The most beautiful treasures are hidden in every crisis! Oya showed me that!
I was on the verge of divorce with 3 children when Oya came to me. She showed me a new perspective, a light that I no longer saw. Through her coaching 1:1 and as a couple, my husband and I found each other again. Now we meet on a whole new level with a lot of love and appreciation! I have also grown a lot personally through her individual coaching and was able to heal my inner child and resolve deep-seated traumas. Since then I feel freer and happier!

The exercises are still with me now, weeks after the retreat, because the results of the regularity were noticeable. My energy was clearly raised at the end of the retreat and still is, because I continue to practice. It is worthwhile to recharge at Oya Erdogan to be able to face life's challenges strengthened and with inner confidence. It was a meaningful investment in myself. The Prana Pur retreat has done wonders in me. I arrived completely exhausted on day 1, feeling unwell and my whole body ached. Through all the love, the wonderful meditation sessions, the light yoga, the delicious food, the unbelievably beautiful spring walk and the magical encounters with the other participants and the many inspirations from all sides, resistances were allowed to dissolve in me and I was able to recharge myself internally with the energy woven through by divine vibrations. Oya held the space in a very special way throughout the retreat and the food prepared with so much love and care by Amrit and all the other experiences gave my body the prana it needed to feel completely at ease. I was allowed to heal and grow in every way again a big piece in this week and thank everyone for this so incredibly beautiful gift. I have tried to meditate before. I didn't really succeed. I had many thoughts, was altogether restless and simply could not think nothing. Meditating with Oya brought me peace and relaxation from the very first meditation. Her techniques are unique and effective. I would not want to miss any of her meditation retreats from now on. Even as a very head strong person I feel the wonderful high vibrations that surround me even after the retreat. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this light-filled experience.

Oya's retreats are always uplifting and uplifting for me. A combination of helpful techniques of Raja Yoga, a consistent daily structure, prana-rich and lovingly prepared food (especially the raw food was a revelation), the uncompromising focus on the beautiful and divine,
an attitude of mind that was shared by all participants, as well as the wonderful art and wisdom of Oya refined from day to day the energy system and bring insights for personal development.
