Die Lieferung des Parketts erfolgt durch einen Spediteur. Diesen Spediteur würde ich dem Parkett-Helden-Team nicht mehr empfehlen :-)

Der Spediteur vor Ort wird durch den Haupt-Spediteur ( in Ihrem Fall Spedition Hellmann) beauftragt. Leider haben wir darauf keinen direkten Einfluss. Gerne geben wir Ihre Erfahrung aber an die entsprechende Stelle weiter.
