I have only given five-star ratings at this point. Does such an assessment have to make you suspicious? From my point of view, this approval is more than justified; here are a few examples:
1. first appointment: Resolution of negative emotions/anger/rage using EMDR. This worked immediately and Ms. Hörlyk provided me with a simple guide to releasing these emotions on my own. The utility is impressive for me and hopefully for others. I can influence something myself: A feeling of moving from being a victim of circumstance to being a doer of my life has set in for me.
2. treatment of inner blockades by means of - so my impression - a variation of a "family constellation": a quick relief was recognizable for me.
3. working out a "set of goals" together. The recognition of who I want to be and what qualities I possess - which I do not particularly perceive - led to an "aha" effect. I am who I am, I am valuable and I am allowed to be full of self-confidence. I feel that this is a clear added value for me.
4. the creation of an individual meditation, which is tailored exactly to my needs, has impressed me and is used intensively.
Further coaching sessions went from the visualization of my goals, the acceptance of the unchangeable to the influencing factors of my current situation - always connected with the possible solutions.
Ms. Hörlyk possesses what feels like an enormously broad toolbox, which she makes available to me.
I wish every client the experience I made, that the transformation from a problem-oriented thinking to a solution-oriented approach is possible.
However, there will be a limitation of possibilities at all times: The cooperation of the person being coached is absolutely necessary. The willingness to change, e.g. because one is in stagnation and one feels a pressure to reorient oneself, is helpful.
I am grateful for the fact that - in my case via video link - Ms. Hörlyk supports me.
By the way, the topic of gratitude is also covered in Mrs. Hörlyk's program :).
