Sandra gibt tolle Tipps und Techniken, um mit Ängsten/Probleme/schlechten Erfahrungen besser umzugehen und/oder diese zu lösen.
Ich für mich habe somit eine absolut wunderbare Erfahrung einer angstfreien und tollen Geburt erlebt.
Und das hätte ich nicht ohne Sandra geschafft.
Ich kann Sandra jedem nur empfehlen, ob Erstgebärenden oder auch schon erfahrenen Mamas.

Sandra vermittelt für mich die richtigen und wichtigen Inhalte rund um das Thema Geburtsvorbereitung in der nötigen Tiefe und fokussiert sich dabei auf die individuelle Situation des Gegenüber. Absolut die richtige Entscheidung ein 1:1 Coaching einem Gruppenkurs vorzuziehen. Sandras einfühlsame Art und der Aufbau der einzelnen Sessions nehmen mir die Sorgen und geben mir ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Ich mag die Balance zwischen klassischen Fakten zur Geburt und dem “medizinfreien” Ansatz sprich Affirmation, Mindset und Alternative Methodik. Sie macht Mut und bezieht auch den Partner in den Kurs mit ein. Absolut empfehlenswert.
