Ms. Klußmann's seminar was and is a lasting enrichment, not only for my professional life. She conveyed the extensive and interesting content in a relaxed atmosphere, and her natural openness was very motivating.
I went into the seminar expecting to receive a "To Do" list along the lines of "Follow this method and then you will be organized yourself". Therefore, I felt a bit lost at first when these solid To Dos did not come.
However, the seminar actually picked me up on a completely different/deeper level. It encouraged me to reflect on myself better and to stop every now and then and question things. And lo and behold - everything else came together on its own.
6 weeks after the seminar is followed up again, whether the personal goals were met, where support is needed!!!

I really have nothing to complain about. The course I took with Ms. Klußmann was very well structured. She responded to all the wishes and questions of the participants, and the content was conveyed in an understandable way. I can recommend her without reservation.
Since I had a training session about my company as well as a subsequent phone call, I cannot rate the office building and therefore chose "Neutral" everywhere I could not rate.
