Great training. Na at practice, understandable and the team could give themselves the answer to the necessary changes at the end. That's how it should be.

I was allowed to get to know Mr. Fischer in the course of a company training and find his program extremely practical! That is worth a lot today, because many trainers talk, but are sooooo far away from practice. Mr. Fischer is not, therefore highly recommended!
Trainings are very entertaining, as there is a good balance between theory and application. I particularly like explanations based on practical examples.
I have particularly positive memories of the individual coaching. In this, current leadership topics were worked through in face-to-face coaching with Mr. Fischer. Mr. Fischer never presented a solution, but rather asked the right questions, which often continued to have an effect for a long time and also put me in a position to take different perspectives and thus to be able to lead more individually & better.
Always close to practice with role plays and situations that also bring real added value! Even an exchange on more complex topics is possible at eye level and strongly solution-oriented! Those who actively and authentically implement the training in practice will have a significantly higher success!
The basic idea I've come away with is to get a new perspective on things. Just change your perspective. And that coupled with expertise and real world experience and practical knowledge makes the training an absolute must! Thank you.
