Die Beratung war inhaltlich sehr gut. Vor allem die Begleitung von Herrn Glausch als Mobbingberater im Rahmen von BEM-Gesprächen beeindruckte meinen Arbeitgeber und auch meine Mitarbeitendenvertrwetung.

Als Psychologiestudentin war ich beim VPSM zu einer Fortbildung zum Thema rechtliche Möglichkeiten und Grenzen bei Mobbing am Arbeitsplatz und durfte somit gleich die Beratungsstelle Balance kennenlernen. Von weiteren Teilnehmern, die gleichzeitig Betroffene waren, hörte ich nur Gutes, die Veranstaltung war sehr informativ und fand in entspannter Wohnzimmeratmosphäre statt. Auch die Beratungsstelle selbst liegt quasi mitten im Grünen und besitzt Außenanlagen, wo meistens die Beratungen/Mediationen stattfinden. Das finde ich sehr angenehm und sinnvoll.
