I listened to a lecture by Andrea Noack on the topic "Alcohol-free is self-care" as part of the selfcare-summit 2023. Since I myself have been living almost completely alcohol-free for many years, I did not have high expectations for the video in question. But Ms. Noack managed to "captivate" me for almost an hour - with a topic that is not a big one for me at all for the aforementioned reason. Conclusion: Highly recommended.
