I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Gockel as my salesman for my car purchase and I can't say enough positive things about my experience with him. From the beginning, Mr. Gockel was extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly very helpful.
He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and offered me a wide range of options to suit my requirements. What particularly impressed me was his honesty and transparency throughout the process. He provided me with all the information I needed to make informed decisions and never tried to pressure me into anything I didn't want.

Wanted to test drive a car today. An appointment was made. However, I could only do the test drive if a decision was made afterwards. During the conversation, I then explained that I would make the decision and as soon as the money from the insurance company was in my account, I could make the deposit and sign the contract. After that, it was no longer possible to drive. The gentleman said how long he should reserve the car for me. Blah blah blah. I tried to explain to him that he didn't have to reserve it, that if it was gone I was out of luck. But no chance. When it was still called Sixt Carsales the service was 1000 times better.

I bought the vehicle without a bad gut feeling and at no time did I feel "persuaded" or "forced" to buy.

Mr. Parla invited us to a personal viewing appointment at Autohaus24 after a very nice phone call in response to an advertisement.
We were warmly welcomed and our 'dream car' was ready for a test drive.

Briefly, concisely and yet sufficiently informative, we were then given a top offer for financing, which we could not refuse after such top advice.

Today, 14 days later, we were able to pick up our new vehicle and drive away satisfied.

I would like to thank Mr. Parla once again. He is great at what he does.
