I was first allowed to gain experience with Corinna in a one-on-one coaching session, which I was then able to continue in a group coaching session. Corinna listens carefully and analyzes on a very complex level. She asks questions that may seem uncomfortable at first, but which really help you move forward. She starts at the right point and tries to bring her clients forward. She helps
one to improve self-esteem and gives valuable tips on topics like management, mindfulness, awareness, leadership, etc.
Corinna recognizes the potential in her clients and nurtures it in an individual way through her years of experience.
Anyone who wants to deal with the topics of awareness and conscious and successful leadership or needs assistance, is at the right address with her.

The program was very well-balanced between a fixed agenda or a fixed topic and a focus on individual points. One's own focal points and behaviors were continuously mirrored. The benefits could be experienced as directly effective as one's own experience in everyday life in the implementation of the learned techniques and analyzed situations. The work in the group was very helpful for reflection. The focus on mindset, values and one's own strengths is particularly helpful in achieving sustainable satisfaction in leadership.

Corinna always has a suitable answer ready. She gave me help with current problems that were currently tearing me down. She gave me a good feeling to look forward and tips on how I could do things differently or better. With her manner and how she wraps it all up in humanity is great. It's exactly the kind of leadership I have in mind. No one is perfect, but together we can make a difference, even if it's just a small thing. The theme of appreciation, gratitude, clarity, serenity, courage, how I can celebrate a success even though it wasn't one for me. I perceive this quite differently today. How I talk to people in groups and one-on-one was not easy for me. I was afraid of it. It took the fear away from me and there are really positive and great insights / but also experiences that have shaped me and brought me a bit further forward. Even a "no" is not quite as bad for me nowadays as it used to be. Inwardly it was liberating and did me good. I thank Corinna for all the help. No matter how she was, she always had an open ear for me. THANK YOU! She is a strong and great person who looks at life colorfully. Even if it is only the flower that comes to shine in the dark, it is something positive and a good feeling. I thank her for her support, but also my boss who stood behind me and made this possible. Now I will make the best of it. I have developed personally and have become more stable. I can suggest anyone who needs support to contact Corinna.
