Initial situation:
In February 2024, packaged furniture parts (total weight of all modules around 220 kilograms) were to be transported directly ("direct journey") from Malaga (Spain) to Vienna (Austria).
Contact - offer - execution:
As part of my research, I came across the company "Courierheld" and Mr. Yousef's team on the Internet. My written invitation to submit an offer for the transportation service was answered competently, in detail and comprehensibly even for a layman within a few hours and the further time schedule was also described in the event that the offer was accepted.
The pricing for the service I requested was around 15% to 20% below the "best price" of comparable competitors. The final planning (vehicle, etc.) was tailored to my specific needs (pick-up time, pick-up date, etc.). The many uncertainties (this was my first transport to be organized) and thus countless queries were always answered in a friendly, quick and very competent manner. Every new problem in the planning or change in the transport parameters was responded to quickly, flexibly and with a lot of patience.
After the offer was finalized, I received all official documents (offer, invoice, etc.) electronically. Payment was quick and easy for me via prepayment or alternatively via PayPal. The fact that receipt of payment was confirmed in writing was also very confidence-building for me in this context - that's how transparency works!
Both the collection of the packed furniture parts in Malaga (Spain) and the delivery in Vienna (Austria) took place on the previously agreed date. It was also positive that the driver of the transport vehicle offered to help with the unloading.
The only small "fly in the ointment" was that the driver of the delivery vehicle did not notify me of the delivery about 24 hours before the actual delivery, as agreed. Unfortunately, this reduced my response time for organizing "helping hands" for unloading and moving the very bulky furniture parts to just a few hours. But this problem was also solved.
After the delivery, the company "Courierheld" contacted me again by telephone and very kindly asked me for my "feedback" on the whole process. During this conversation, in addition to the many very positive impressions, I also addressed the problem with the late "delivery notification". The company "Corurierheld" assured me that they are working on improving communication and the flow of information between customer - Courierheld - driver.
Summary:
I am generally not a friend of writing reviews - but here I would like to deliberately "break" this principle.
From the initial contact to the final feedback meeting, I was impressed by the performance of "Courierheld" - that's customer orientation in action!
The motto here is not: "Buy cheap, buy expensive!", but rather: "You get what you pay for!" and at a significantly lower price compared to the competition.
I can therefore recommend the company "Courierheld" without reservation and with a clear conscience.
