We had a somewhat complicated request (16:00), we had to deliver 5 EP a 200kg from Berlin to Stuttgart time critical, the order processing went as promised in under 30 seconds. At first I was skeptical because I thought that this is just another slogan that a salesman wanted to sell me... but lo and behold it really worked! Until 18:00 clock, the pallets were picked up on time and as announced and the next morning at 08:00 the driver stood with my customer on the mat. Both my customer and I were thrilled by the spontaneity of Courierheld... a team of heroes like it is in the picture book.
