Deborah has absolutely magic skills, she is not just a perfect professional, but also very open-minded woman.

What is very important for me: during our sessions I always dare to open up subjects about my inner world, mind and soul, which other coaches and therapists are rarely open to.

Her concealing leaves someone space for organising the own chaotic mind and taking the own decisions.

I really like her talent for listening and her very diplomatic and strategic way of "pushing" you into reflection, and target based actions.

She really has talent for storytelling, the ability to see and name, what for others seems unseen and unnamed.

Since I work with her, I really feel that deep inside me, a Heroine is about to awaken.

I met and experienced Deborah on my hero journey as a very competent trainer during a group coaching session. It was "chemistry at first sight" and I know that with her I have gained more than "just" a mentor. No matter where the shoe pinches, Deborah always has a solution or a cooperation partner ready. When training with her, you immediately feel that her profession is also her calling. With her professional and empathic manner, she recognized potentials in me that I was previously unaware of and helps me build on them. During my journey, I decided to make a career change.
