The consultant (Stefan Ring) came to my home three times to answer my questions, and it was always possible to ask questions on the phone. The company also helped me to register the system in the master data register! The work was done quickly and cleanly. The electrician even vacuumed the basement! You can't go wrong with this team!

Im Frühjahr/Sommer 2024 planten wir eine Dachsanierung und auch gleich die Installation einer PV-Anlage mit Batteriespeicher. Das Erstgespräch mit Herrn Knauer von der Firma enerix Amberg- Weiden verlief sehr gut, alle Fragen wurden von Ihm ausführlich beantwortet.
Die Beratung, die Planung und das Angebot überzeugten uns. Für die Installationen im Keller und für die Kabelführung ins Haus wurde von Herrn Knauer und seinem Team nach der bestmöglichsten, gesetzeskonformen und für uns praktikablen Lösung gesucht und dies dann auch so umgesetzt.
Als wir uns kurzfristig für ein zusätzliches Modul entschieden hatten, war dies auch problemlos möglich.
Uns war daran gelegen, dass das Gerüst der Zimmerei auch gleich zur Installation der PV-Anlage genutzt wird. Als die Zimmerei ihre Arbeiten beendet hatte, wurde gleich darauf die PV- Anlage professionell und zügig installiert, so dass das Gerüst schnell wieder abgebaut werden konnte, auch hier funktionierte die Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit.
Wir freuen uns, dass wir uns für einen Batteriespeicher entschieden haben, vor allem auch mit der von Herrn Knauer empfohlenen Kapazität.
Insgesamt sind wir mit der Beratung, der Planung, dem Ablauf, den Handwerkern und der Betreuung durch Herrn Knauer (auch noch nach der Fertigstellung) wirklich zufrieden und würden uns jederzeit wieder für die Firma entscheiden.

Von vorne bis hinten alles super! Klasse Beratung im Hinblick auf Dimension, Nutzen, Wirtschaftlichkeit, rundum wurde jede Frage geklärt Auch nach Fertigstellung noch jederzeit erreichbar! Bestellung und Lieferung super unkompliziert und zügig. Zusammenarbeit mit lokalem Elektriker völlig problemlos. Montageteam kompetent und sehr fix. Angefangen von der Beratung und dem Angebote inklusive eines vorort Termin Zuhause. Zur Erklärung des Angebotenen und Begehung der Örtlichkeiten bist hin zur durchgeführten Installation mit Inbetriebnahme hat alles perfekt funktioniert.

In addition to our existing PV system, Enerix Amberg-Weiden installed a PV system with 11 kWp distributed on the north side of our house and the south side of the garage in June 2023. Solar Fabrik modules and a FENECON inverter with storage and emergency power module were installed. The system has been running reliably for a year now and is producing the expected yield (also on the north side). During this period, there have been several power failures in which the system has safely switched to emergency power. This was partly unnoticed by us. Overall, we are very satisfied with this system. This is also due to the excellent advice and clean installation by Enerix Amberg-Weiden. We can recommend Enerix Amberg-Weiden without reservation.

We were more than satisfied with everything from the expert advice and quotation to the installation and support after commissioning. Our system was installed promptly after the order was placed. All the work, from the scaffolders to the work on the roof and the electrical work, was carried out very neatly and tidily. We are more than satisfied with our PV system and can only recommend enerix Amberg-Weiden and Mr. Knauer!

From the competent advice provided by Mr. Knauer to the professional execution of the installation and the somewhat complicated (from our point of view) scheduling - everything went absolutely smoothly. Mr. Knauer gave us very detailed and professional advice right from the start. He was also the only provider who looked at the situation on the roof in person and didn't just take drone photos. All questions were answered very promptly, patiently and competently. Mr. Knauer also took care of all the paperwork, which was a great relief for us.

The installation was carried out punctually at the agreed time within just 2.5 days. The extremely polite and friendly staff at enerix worked very cleanly and accurately.

Overall, we can recommend enerix and especially Mr. Knauer without reservation. It was a pleasure to realize our PV project. And the daily yield continues to make us smile almost every day.
