Absolutely satisfied—that's how you can sum up the consultation, planning, installation, and service in two words. At enerix Oberfranken, they understand what customer service, consultation, and precise/reliable construction mean.
As the owner of a house with a very complicated roof structure with various gables, roof windows, and ventilation pipes, and somewhat complicated requirements for the installation site of the hybrid inverter and batteries, I spoke to various solar installers and self-proclaimed experts. Most of them did not dare to design or offer a high-performance PV system under these conditions, or they demanded utopian prices.
It was completely different with enerix Oberfranken. From the very first meeting, there was excellent cooperation and competent advice. Together, we explored and discussed various options until we found the optimal solution. The implementation/installation was carried out quickly and professionally. But they thought even further ahead. The integration into an EMS system (energy management system) for using the PV surplus via my wallbox for the electric car or a heating element to maximize the degree of self-sufficiency was taken into account. And best of all: the EMS is included free of charge for 1 year. Now the PV system continuously supplies electricity, even in the event of a power failure. In summary: simply great.

The advice as well as the short-term implementation of my PV system was excellent and the electrical installation was also carried out very cleanly and professionally. Before I placed the order with Enerix-Oberfranken, I had several competitors who simply wanted to sell and didn't realize that this wasn't possible with my electrical installation.

Anfang des Jahres haben wir einen neuen Dachstuhl auf unser Haus bekommen und wollten das gleich mit der Installation einer Solaranlage verbinden. Die beste Beratung für die Solaranlage inkl. eines Energiemanagement-Systems haben wir dann von der Firma enerix Oberfranken erhalten und wir sind im Nachhinein sehr glücklich über diese Entscheidung. Da die Beratung so ausführlich und fachlich fundiert war und wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben, so dass auch meine Ehefrau, die keine große technische Erfahrung mitbringt, alles verstanden hat, sahen wir keinen Grund weitere Angebote einzuholen und somit wertvolle Zeit zu verschwenden. Während der Errichtung der Dachgauben wurde festgestellt, dass die Breite der Dachgauben um 20 cm zu klein waren, so dass die geplanten PV-Module in der Anzahl nicht passen würden. Daraufhin haben wir mit dem PV-Fachleuten und dem Dach-Sprengler nach einer passenden Lösung gesucht -und dies wohlgemerkt direkt in der Bauphase, wo so etwas normalerweise nicht mehr möglich ist. Das weiß nur derjenige zu schätzen, der solch eine Bauphase schon einmal hinter sich gebracht hat.

Der Chef, Herr Buchmann, hat uns dann noch eine Lösung mit Microwechselrichtern von enphase vorgestellt, da wir unterschiedlichste Dach-Ausrichtungen haben. Das ist bei 28 Modulen nicht die günstigste Lösung aber vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für uns das Beste, wie man jetzt auch in der Energiemanagement-App von enerixControl sehen kann.

Ergänzt haben wir das System mit einem 11,5 kWh Batteriespeicher. Zudem wurde über die enerix-Control-App noch ein 3-phasiger Heizstab über Shelly WLAN-Relais angebunden, so dass wir hier optimal den PV-Überschuss ausnutzen können.

Wir sind sehr glücklich über die schnelle und professionelle Ausführung – vor allem bei der Koordination mit dem Dachdeckerteam. So konnten wir uns eine zweite Gerüstaufstellung ersparen. Auch die Elektromontage, war sehr sauber und zügig. Sogar bei der LAN-Verkabelung und der Installation eines Klima-Split Gerätes konnten wir auf das Team zurückgreifen.

Wir können das Team von enerix Oberfranken zu 100% weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns herzlich für die großartige Projektdurchführung.

We are extremely satisfied with enerix oberfranken. Mr. Fenner, who sold us the system and also installed it, was always easy to contact and gave us very good advice. The project manager responded to all our wishes. Our project was implemented within 4 weeks and we had the best experience with the company RCT, which was recommended to us. The installation by the electrician and his employee was flawless. We can recommend enerix oberfranken with a clear conscience. No matter what questions we have, someone is always available and that is no longer a matter of course these days.
