Sancarbarlaz Tours / Reisebüro Osnabrück

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 out of 5 stars – Our expectations were more than exceeded!

The Hotel Maxeria in Didim was recommended to us by Hakan Sancarbarlaz, and what can we say? We’re 200% satisfied!

Even during our initial consultation, Mr. Sancarbarlaz provided us with detailed information and highly recommended the hotel. Everything he told us and promised beforehand was not only true but actually far exceeded our expectations!

We are absolutely thrilled and can wholeheartedly recommend both the Hotel Maxeria and Mr. Sancarbarlaz’s excellent and honest advice.

A huge thank you to Hakan Sancarbarlaz for this fantastic recommendation! We would book through him again in a heartbeat!

Hotel manager Selçuk Yamaç also deserves special praise! From morning until late in the evening, he’s personally on the move throughout the hotel, reaching out to guests and checking in with each one to see if everything is okay or if there are any unmet requests. That much personal attention, friendliness, and dedication really aren’t a given these days!

You can really tell here that guest satisfaction is the top priority.

One thing is already certain for us: We’re definitely coming back next year! ❤️

Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful vacation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thanks to Hakan.
I felt very comfortable and received great advice.
I'd be happy to come back anytime.

They’ve been our go-to travel agency for a few years now. All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time we’ve booked a trip with them, everything has gone 100% smoothly, and when we drive the 100 km to Osnabrück every now and then to maintain that personal connection, we’re always welcomed so warmly.
Even when a cancellation is unfortunately necessary, it’s handled quickly and easily.
A perfect, all-around service.

reliable, friendly, competent, warm

In my experience, every customer at Sancarbalaz is treated like family. No one is taken advantage of, and their goal is never just to sell the most expensive item. They do a great job of addressing all requests.

Because I've had such a great experience with the Sancarbarlaz travel agency over the years. Trust is really important. Everything runs smoothly, and all the staff are very friendly. What more could you ask for?
