Liebe Isabella, zuerst möchte ich dir von Herzen danken für diese 3 Monate . 1000 Dank für deine strukturierte und so professionelle Arbeit Es war super und man kann spüren und sehen mit welchem Herzblut du bei deiner Arbeit bist.
Ich habe in diesen 3 Monaten so viel gelernt und vor allem auch erfahren wie wichtig mentales Training, ausgewogene Ernährung und Sport sind.
Der tägliche WhatsApp Kontakt hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Wenn es mal schwierig für mich wurde hast du dir immer mit sehr wertvollen Tipps Zeit genommen. In den 12 Wochen habe ich fast 7 kg abgenommen. Und es geht weiter. Du hast mich sehr gut auf die Phase nach deinem Coaching vorbereitet .Behalte deine Leidenschaft und deine Empathie. Ich empfehle dich von Herzen weiter und wünsche dir alles erdenklich Gute.
