With the Lo'Shu personality analysis, Helene helped me to better understand my strengths and weaknesses. With this knowledge, I can make better use of my potential and try to change ingrained patterns of behavior. My relationship with my ancestors was particularly fascinating for me. This input opened my eyes to my role in my family. Now I understand how I can improve my relationship with my ancestors.
I was so enthusiastic about the subject of Lo'Shu and Chinese astrology that I took the course offered by Helene on Lo'shu astrology & the Chinese astrology of the animal signs. Thanks to this knowledge, I can analyze the character traits of other people and improve my relationship with them. I have already been able to help others with this know-how. Helene conveys the content of the course in a structured way, brings in her practical experience and gave us good examples to practise what we had learned. I would definitely recommend Helene as a coach and the content of the courses. I would do both coaching courses with her again.

I had the pleasure of meeting Helene at a shooting event in Munich. She coached all the participants in advance and shared her experiences in front of the camera with us, supported us with posing ideas, positive words and a meditation (theta wave activation). And even during the shoot, her positive and kind manner made me feel comfortable and almost forget my fear of the camera. I actually don't like such shootings at all, but thanks to Helene, several really great photos were taken. Many thanks to you and your wonderful way of supporting people!

Helena‘s seminar on Manifestation Hacks popped up on my Facebook feeds via a mutual friend. The date and time was perfectly in line and I immediately decided to attend her event.
She breaks down in simple language, easy to understand (also as a non-native German speaker) with a sneak peak visualisation test. Although not new to me, it was good to hear the principle/hacks in her own formulation. She is an authentic person, charming and also like her yoga style at a holiday retreat ! I highly recommend her 1-1 services, and trust she gives her best!
