Very friendly and nice first contact. The further process and change requests of the order went without problems and everything online. The sofa we ordered from Brühl really has a very good price-performance ratio. The delivery took place after arrangement at the stated time. The driver was there today on time at 10:30 and was very very friendly. If we need more pieces of furniture, we will definitely look again at Izabela K. and if there is something suitable also order. I can therefore recommend Izabela K. without reservation.

We have purchased a sofa from the brand Rolf Benz (model: Freistil 187) at a top price from izabela K. GmbH. From the conclusion of the purchase to delivery and even beyond, the advantages of an owner-managed business are evident here. The sofa was in stock and therefore immediately available. But we would never have expected delivery in absolute record time. The sofa was ordered on Saturday evening and already delivered on the following Tuesday about 400 km away. Of course, we were also a bit "lucky" here, because the assembly team of izabela K. had another customer delivery near us that day anyway, and there was still enough space on the transport vehicle for our delivery. The sofa itself is - as expected - in absolute top condition. We would also like to especially praise the very nice and competent (own!) assembly team. Even after the purchase, our questions were answered very quickly, friendly and competently. A brief conclusion: It does not get better than this!
uncomplicated, fast and smooth delivery. The Moule sofa from Brühl was delivered by a very competent employee. Despite a tricky staircase situation, the sofa was brought to its location in the living room without damage. Also the ordering process at izabela-k went smoothly after a detailed consultation with Mr. Schubert and the whole thing at a very fair price. I can highly recommend izabela-k.
Excellent advice by phone and e-mail - as good as being advised personally in the showroom.
