Ich habe Frau Roch bestens vorbereitet erlebt, wodurch sie sehr flexibel im Training auf die spontanen Situationen aus dem Teilnehmerkreis reagieren konnte. Sie weiß um den Wert der Sprache und setzt diese gezielt ein. Dadurch vermittelt sie die Inhalte präzise und einleuchtend. Frau Roch fordert und fördert den gegenseitigen Austausch und Feedback unter den Trainingsteilnehmern, gibt einprägsam Hilfestellungen durch Zuhilfenahme von praxisorientierten Beispielen und leitet das Training sehr strukturiert. Unter Berücksichtigung unterschiedlich ausgeprägter Vorkenntnisse und Erfahrungen der Teilnehmer gelang es Frau Roch für die intensiven Gruppenarbeiten ausgewogene Arbeitskreise zu definieren.

Ms. Roch gives you new impulses or refreshes necessary leadership mechanisms that you have already heard but unfortunately lost in everyday life.

The restriction in the implementation is due to the Corona pandemic unfortunately alternativlos implementation as an online seminar, which worked very well and was prepared.

Very pleasant interaction with the training participants and within the training round due to very good control of the discussions. Extremely professional and very well prepared. The implementation in practical examples and their practical exercise were very helpful to discover own weaknesses.
