The workshop with Sandra was really great. A perfect introduction for me to the topic of coaching. For me it was the first coaching, so far I have never come into contact with it and I must say I was totally surprised. I was able to get involved from the first second and take away so much for myself. The basics were explained in such an understandable way that they are easy to implement and you can deepen them further and build on them. Thank you for the mega workshop.

The Goal Getter workshop went over several days and no two days were the same. Sandra, with her very lively manner and extensive expertise, provided valuable tools to assist in getting one's "horsepower on the road..." Regular "homework" additionally ensured to deal with one's inner self: Blockages were dissolved once and for all and new thinking patterns were trained. I am very grateful and recommend Sandra with great pleasure!

I booked the workshop with Sandra because I wanted to work more on and with myself. Out of the eternal reproaches and to see only the bad in everything. Thanks to her instructions, I learned to see everything from a different perspective. That alone helps immensely and changes a little bit. She has given me a push in the right direction and I now know which screws I have to/can turn. This is just the beginning for me.
I can only recommend the course to everyone who wants to work on and with themselves. It helps to understand a lot and also other people/reactions better and to deal with them. You should get involved and see what happens.

Sandra is a coach from the bottom of her heart. There is not only a lot of input and tasks that really make you think, but also "pop kicks" if you don't cooperate. Great suggestions! She definitely makes sure you get into implementation. The course is over and you just want to meeeeehhhhrrrrr!
