Ich habe das Buch der beiden gekauft und anschließend die 3-Monate Betreuung von Joe in seinem Coaching "Sleep2Success" durchlaufen. Als selbständiger Finanzberater habe ich mich vorher eher solala um meinen Schlaf gekümmert. Im Coaching hat mir Joe gezeigt, dass für einen guten Schlaf noch so viel mehr gehört als man meint, wie Routinen, gutes Zeitmanagement, damit ich nicht bis abends arbeite, etc. Ich habe aus unseren Gesprächen sehr viel mitgenommen, umgesetzt und bin froh, dass ich Joe kennengelernt habe.
