I found the two days extremely well structured and was positively surprised by the topics and learning content. Each participant is always addressed individually, e.g. with questions or feedback. You learn to question a lot and to think differently about some situations. The flashcards, which are very clear, are also very helpful so that you can look up the best tips again afterwards. I would recommend training with Mr. Sajdak again and again. I think that you can benefit a lot from it in both your professional and private life.

Thomas has a very pleasant manner and manages to convey content in an entertaining, interesting and playful way. Attention was never lost.
You should be able to practise the methods you have learned more often under instruction so that you apply them unconsciously. Repetition? Gladly!

Many thanks for the great 2 days of training. Even though I don't sell in the company, I still took a lot away with me, especially for myself personally. I had to jump over my shadow a few times and overcome my fear.
No trainer has ever given me such personal feedback after a talk or presentation. Thank you very much for that.

The seminar with Mr. Sajdak was top-notch! Mr. Sajdak is very well organized. He has guided very well theoretically to the individual topic blocks, without losing sight of the big picture. Through a very practice-oriented approach, all participants were very well and dynamically involved in the seminar. Nevertheless, no seminar participant needed to feel embarrassed in front of the group. Mr. Sajdak responds empathically and individually to the participants. All in all, I can recommend the training with Mr. Sajdak 100%.

I have been working in sales for 25 years and have met many trainers and experienced coaching sessions during my career. This is also the reason why I initially arrived with a negative mood and low motivation. After such a long time, you simply feel that you have heard every argument and every saying before.

Thomas is refreshingly different. No trite phrases, no sprinkling, no arrogant sayings that only work in theory - I was actually able to get new impulses that offer me real and practical added value in my daily work. Thus, I left the seminar motivated, with a positive basic mood and already looking forward to a reunion and the future modules!

Thomas Sajdak managed to create a really pleasant setting for the participants in his workshop, so that you could really work on yourself and your skills and also manage to jump over your own shadow. After being skeptical beforehand, I was really grateful for the two days, as I was able to take away a lot personally and professionally.

Thomas has a great knack for conveying his content in a practical and humorous way. In the shark pool of trainers, he stands out in my opinion, especially because he comes across very authentic and gives honest feedback. Keep it up, I'm looking forward to more trainings with him.

I went into the event very open but was still very positively surprised. Mr. Sajdak knows how to actively engage and challenge the participants. I enjoyed listening and forgot my fear of presenting when I gave my own presentation. The event gives me the feeling that I have taken a lot with me and have grown. So far, I'm actively using the tip: Write down at least three things you're looking forward to in the morning. Even my kids love that. I can only give my clear recommendation here. Thomas is a very authentic person with an incredible range of knowledge. It is insane fun to listen to him. He inspires people and takes away their fear of embarrassing themselves on a daily basis. His memory cards that go with the seminar are a great reminder to keep applying what you have learned after the training.
Thomas manages to make his participants extremely better in a very short time!
