The consultation beforehand was absolutely top-notch. We had at least eight different providers come out. Enerix Roth really went above and beyond for us. The installation team was even faster than expected and finished the installation ahead of schedule. I’d especially like to highlight that there were some minor issues, and they were resolved promptly and reliably without any prompting. That was great. Fenecon’s components are among the best, and FEMS, the digital app, is fantastic. The only downside is the post-installation support. We would have liked more assistance and guidance there. We just figured it out ourselves—thanks to “YouTube”—and when we called Enerix Roth afterward, we also received help. Here, I would really like to have a dedicated, competent contact person who is happy to handle this service. Then, for me, Enerix Roth would be, by far, a top-recommended photovoltaic and energy storage installer.

In 2025, I supplied 3668 kWh to the grid with 12 modules and consumed 1000 kWh less. This means that my PV system generated 4668 kWh! These figures speak for themselves. I would recommend enerix Roth-Schwabach to others.

Highly professional installation of the PV expansion system and battery storage unit, including an energy management system from an up-and-coming German manufacturer, as well as competent and technically perfect handling of technical challenges with existing components of the existing PV system and the existing building services; hours of personal commitment from the business owner to successfully integrate a supposedly simple component. The initial consultation was very good, but could have been a little more in-depth with regard to technical details; as a customer, it took me several months of operating the system across several seasons to really understand some of the details, so it would have been good to have a more proactive approach to individual consumption values during the inventory, rather than simply adopting the average annual values recorded by the customer.

Haben im September 2024 unsere Anlage bekommen. Haben uns vorallendingen wegen dem super freundlichen und informativen Erstgespräch mit Herr Lechtenfeld für Enerix entschieden. Es wurde alles genau erklärt und wir hatten nie das Gefühl das uns eine größere Anlage aufgedrückt wird als wir benötigen.
Mit Ablauf, Aufbau und Installation waren wir sehr zufrieden. Aufgrund von schlechten Wetter musste zwar der Aufbau auf dem Dach zweimal verschoben werden, was für uns aber vollkommen verständlich war. Bei dem weiteren Ablauf wurde sich genau an den Plan gehalten und Herr Lechtenfeld war auch zu jeder Zeit telefonisch erreichbar. Kleine unvorhersehbare Probleme konnten fachgerecht und ordentlich gelöst werden.

Im Nachhinein viel zu teuer. Die Module kosteten auf dem Markt die Hälfte. Module erst in falscher Richtung montiert, dann in SchlangenLinien. Monteure frech und gingen nicht pfleglich mit neu gedecktem Flachdach um. Keine deutsch sprechende Vorarbeiter vor Ort. Die Elektriker die alles verkabelt haben waren jedoch gut.

Die Beratung war für uns zielführend und ist nach einem guten Jahr problemlos in Betrieb. Damit haben wir eine Lösung für unsere max. Dachfläche erhalten.
Wir hatten anfangs bereits durch einen defekten Drehstrommotor den zweiten eingebauten Hauptschalter ausgelöst und waren damit vom Netz getrennt. Die Anlage lief über das Wochenende poblemlos. Somit haben wir unabsichtlch unsere Autarkie getestet. Durch einein Anruf bei enerix montags darauf konnten wir unsere Verbindung zum Netz wieder selbst einschalten. Vielen Dank für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Unterstützung.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Beratung und Projektbegleitung. Bei Rückfragen erfolgte immer eine umgehende Antwort. Die Termingenauigkeit war hervorragend. Alle vereinbarten Termine wurden eingehalten. Die beauftragten Handwerker lieferten eine saubere, qualitativ einwandfreie Arbeit und hielten sich auch, soweit beurteilbar, an die Sicherheitsvorschriften.
Eine spätere Speichernachrüstung ging ebenfalls problemlos vonstatten.
Nach fast 1,5 Jahren vollster Zufriedenheit mit der Anlage und dem Speicher können wir enerix-Roth nur bestens weiterempfehlen.
