The first consultation took place by telephone, before which the key data (roof areas, customer requirements, wishes, etc.) were obtained via an online form. The conversation was very detailed. I had a very good competent impression here. It was very well on reasonable variants according to my ideas. Clearly, however, also pointed out that the company enerix binds to selected manufacturers who assure a very good quality and lifetime. Thus, one automatically receives a really very good but also high-priced offer. After some time to think about it, I asked for an on-site appointment with a house inspection. There I discussed my change requests of technical nature and at the same time made it clear that I want an adjustment / offer with price concession. The calculation of an economic efficiency of the PV plant remained hidden in the offer. On my inquiry on it also no long-term analysis was submitted to me, but I got the answer: that calculates itself everyone differently (which is however also correct, only evenly I would have expected already an overview, diagram with prognosis in a kind handout to my offer). After the second conversation came the adjusted offer. This could not convince me at present. I have only once taken distance from the project PV plant. Finally, I would like to emphasize that one gets here very definitely a good high-quality product offered.
