I always find the impulses very valuable and absolutely unsettling. I took part in the first version of Strong Mind, Strong Teacher, which changed the way I work for the better. The e-book "The 6 key strategies for more ease in everyday school life" combines concise information with concrete coaching approaches and is highly recommended!

I was not able to attend the workshop live. Instead, I watched the recording and worked with the workbook. And it was very worthwhile for me! Thank you, Frances! (: I was able to identify some stumbling blocks in my daily life and in my previous break arrangements and also transfer quite a lot to my non-teaching time - my challenge is much more the transition from work in (professional) school to then family time with 2 small children and all the family as well as professional tasks that are then still pending during the day. I am very motivated to change small things more and more and let the change work.

I appreciate your work tremendously.
I've been following you on Instagram for a while and since your last workshop "Strength Your Teacher" with the Strengths Backpack, you have completely hooked me.
I listen to your podcast. It is so enriching and on the way to and from work, it is my cooldown.

The workshop yesterday was so profitable. Sharing with fellow women is such a benefit. We all followed the same interest and could exchange super. Your great way also lures one out of his shell and you give and so much through your tips.
Less is more" was a bit of a guiding principle that we took with us as a group.

The 1:1 coaching with Frances was very profitable for me. With the help of her support, I was able to first perceive my blind spots and then work on/transform them with the tools she guided me through. Frances has many techniques at her disposal, which she applies appropriately to the respective context - completely individually tailored to oneself. Frances is very appreciative, trusting and empathetic. I would 100% recommend coaching with her.

I am currently recommending the podcast to many teachers in my school, in the hope that they will learn something from the great attitude that we are taught. If everyone would work a little more reflectively and mindfully in school, life would also be a little easier for everyone. I am very sure of that.

Frances has a very approachable, friendly manner, relaxed and refreshing. You can listen to her super, she has structured the workshop well and the workbook is designed appealing and very helpful. You can tell that she lives what she teaches! That makes her so engaging and authentic!
At one point or another, a little more time would have been nice. But since the workshop was scheduled for 2 hours, that was of course predictable.
I find the price very reasonable - so I'm also ready and able to just take such a profitable workshop on the weekend, without having to think long back and forth, whether I can really afford it.
This was certainly not my last workshop with you, dear Frances! Thank you very much!
