Poor
Strange communication. Forms that only ask for a standard but do not respond to the customer's wishes. Rejection with flimsy reasons that do not correspond to the facts.
If already with Internet then reasonably. but not so.
I have had to deal with real estate consultants several times but this has not happened to me yet.
