wanted to be able to set up some time in my day to workout or draw, since these are things I very much enjoy but usually end up not doing in favour of studying, meeting friends, being on my phone... I set up a plan with Kilian’s help so I could actually find a balance and not have to “all or nothing mentality”. Some of his tips were very helpful and I have realised that it is better to start small and be consistent. I would recommend his coaching to everyone who tends to be a bit obsessive about their goals and who find hard to commit for being a bit of a perfectionist. Also specially helpful if you are someone that likes to keep track of your habits and to hold oneself accountable to someone/something (I’m talking about the app). Also follow him on Instagram, he makes short videos about how to improve youself/get to where you want to be :)
I first met with Kilian in his mastermind group. He organized it. After we had worked together for a half year, I can say he is one of the most knowledgeable and the most action taker person i've ever met.

I worked with Kilian Markert to build, develop, and sustain my daily habit of writing, and found his insights and ongoing support to be very valuable. I wanted to write everyday, though more specifically I wanted this to develop into one of my creative passions, writing poetry. While I did this regularly, I wanted it to be a consistent element of my morning routine. While it seems a simple habit to maintain -- just do it -- but anybody who wants to write overall and do it daily knows life gets in the way, and if these sorts of things do not happen in the morning before the day begins, they may not happen. Kilian provided helpful check-ins when I was doing well, and concrete suggestions for improvement when I needed some help and encouragement with this shift in habit. I have been writing poetry as part of my morning routine since working with Kilian, and really appreciate and recommend his coaching.
Before working with Kilian I had a few problems when it came to sticking to my schedule which led to the fact I was working late hours on a lot of weekdays. I was also looking to get into the habit of meditating daily. Thanks to Kilian I know now how to leverage my normal everyday habits in order to implement new habits.

I was coached in writing a diary. Kilian was there every time I needed him and he helped me getting that habit done everysingle time. Moreover, he made me realise the importance that this habit can have on my life as the key questions to ask myself every day and feel the improvement. Kilian coached me in building my self esteem. First we scheduled a call where he asked me what it means to me to be a 'valuable person'. After that he coached me in journaling, where I wrote down at least three things that make me a valuable person. He also taught me to look at 'evidence' from the past that proves I'm a valuable person. This helped me a lot, even so much that I now go to the gym by myself and started lifting three weeks ago! He's a great coach if you're looking to build a habit or overcome limiting beliefs.
I got coached by Kilian in turning off and putting away my phone during most time of the day - and it worked. Its a very effective way of turning down the outside world of distractions, concentrate on what you have planned to do and being more present throughout the day. Kilian made me do check-ins every evening with the coach.me-App and we had a tight contact via the messenger - he answered all the questions I had during the time of the coaching. Very supportive guy who knows what he does and who is easy to build trust with from the first moment. I would recommend a coaching with Kilian for everyone who wants to turn make a change in their daily routine by implementing some key habits!
I wanted to be more productive and do more things when I began working with Killian, then I started morning and night routines, that helped me to sleep and wake up early, every day at the same time. Also, while working, I tried to use the Pomodoro technique, as Killian recommended, and it helped.
I was surprised by his knowledge about how to solve problems in our daily life. Great mentor, I highly recommend.
Kilian has helped me to find deeply hidden emotional blockages in my subconscious through sentence completion. I found this to be very valuable for my life, as I have discovered the cause of my emotional problems. I recommend working with him, if you have want to learn more about yourself and discover the root cuase of your troubles.
