If you want to work with coaching/personality development or whatever you want to call this field, it is important in my eyes to first work with yourself. To cultivate your own field, or as I call it: to clean up your own playing field. And the course is wonderfully suited for this. The online topic is easy to understand and you can also ask further questions via the digital channels. You can always find coachees to practice with.

Thanks to the online course, I got to know GfK in a whole new way, no longer as a language model, but as a method for self-reflection, or as support to develop a conscious and compassionate attitude. Markus explains everything very clearly and memorably and you can see his years of practice as a GfK trainer. Very helpful were also the live webinars, which made a real exchange possible.

I now see GfK with different eyes - no longer as complicated wording, but as self-reflection. I can do without wolf and giraffe and start directly with the inner work.
So I no longer tie myself in knots, but try to perceive needs and feelings directly. I found it interesting to realize that there are several strategies for one need. Totally logical, unfortunately under unfavorable conditions access to this logic is missing from time to time. Thanks for this!

The course imparts very well-founded knowledge in a pleasant presentation. Especially the critical-reflexive attitude and differentiation from the reduction of NVC to a rhetorical tool as a language model has become very clear and highlights the focus of the application on self-reflection and growth process.

Superbly designed with a high utility value, like a piece of a holography, which also always already contains the whole picture.
