It took exactly 2 months until the purchase contract was notarized. Speed was by far the biggest advantage of Mr. Lauterberg. I received competent and friendly advice. What I also found good was that the correspondence and almost the entire procedure were digital. That saved me a lot of time and paper.
I was also able to conveniently create the brokerage order for myself, in this respect Mr. Lauterberg was quite flexible.
