Optimal support from the very first second.

We had confidently placed the sale of a small condominium in the hands of Mr. Dziabel (Münster), because we did not want to spend time on constant viewing appointments.
Mr. Dziabel took care of the interested parties in a very professional and sympathetic manner from the very first day. Until the final appointment with the notary, the contact with us and also with the buyer of the property was reliable, friendly and very well organized.
The commission, which finally has to be paid by both sides (seller/buyer), is fully justified. We would always work with "von Poll" again.

Mrs. Schulze Isfort, with her always friendly and approachable manner, accompanied us extremely competently from the very beginning, not only during the visits to the property, but also with the notary and not least even in the aftermath of the purchase. Her sincere, reliable and cooperative advice throughout the whole phase gave us a positive and secure feeling.
We can unreservedly recommend VON POLL IMMOBILIEN and especially Mrs. Schulze Isfort as a real estate agent.

As a buyer, you usually have little influence on the choice of broker, which suits the seller side. We had the feeling that the broker Mrs. Schulze Isfort stood up for both parties equally.

Ms. Schulze Isfort always supported us with advice and action and did a first-class job. We have already recommended her to our circle of friends. It is impressive how well Ms. Schulze Isfort can empathize with the needs of customers. Even when asked, she is always friendly and extremely customer-oriented. I would always recommend Mrs. Schulze Isfort to others, as we were very satisfied with her competent execution of all steps to be taken when selling a house. In addition, she was very personable, sensitive, reliable and committed and answered our questions almost around the clock. That made the whole process easier for us. Mrs. Schulze Isfort loves her job and her customers. She takes her time, listens carefully, has great tips, explains things in such a way that even someone like me, who was dealing with houses for the first time, understands everything. She is honest, points out things that can cause difficulties, but also shows ways to solve them. She is a great realtor without whom my partner and I would not be where we are today. There should be more realtors like her, who do their job with so much quality, joy and care.
