Ich hatte das Glück, sowohl mit Philipp als auch mit Jan meinen Coaching-Prozess zu durchlaufen. Beide sind super professionell und gleichzeitig sehr einfühlsam und emphatisch. Dies hat es mir leicht gemacht mich im Prozess zu öffnen und so mehr Klarheit in meine Themen zu bekommen. Der Coaching Prozess geht sehr tief und ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich hatte ein Coaching während einer Zeit, in der ich meinen alten Job gekündigt und schon einen neuen gefunden habe. Das Wissen, welches ich aus dem Coaching mitgenommen habe, konnte ich während der Anfangszeit im neuen Job und vor allen jetzt verarbeiten und direkt anwenden. Es hat mir geholfen mich selbst besser zu verstehen, meine Grenzen und Bedürfnisse zu erkennen, aber wichtiger noch, dafür einzustehen.
