Moon Camper

We were traveling with a motorhome for the first time and were totally thrilled. The two company owners are very, very kind and patient and explained everything to us down to the last detail. As a result, we were able to set off relaxed and without any worries and had a great time with our children in the very comfortably equipped and super clean motorhome. You can just tell that a lot of heart has gone into it and that everything has been thought of.

Many, many thanks for the very cordial contact, we are already looking forward to our next trip with a Moon camper.

For us, motorhoming was completely new territory and we really wanted to find out what this lifestyle was like.

We were short decided have a Knaus Boxstar Street XL a new vehicle just under 5000km from 06.06.-16.06.2023 get.
First of all very friendly landlords, trustworthy with a lot of patience and during the briefing.
We will recommend Mooncamper and come again.

Since we are considering buying a campervan, we wanted to test such a vehicle in advance. It was a great driving and living experience at the same time. The campervan was tip top. The nice couple who rents the vehicles is professional and knowledgeable.
After researching in advance on the Internet, we have definitely made the right decision with Moon Camper.
The deposit paid was returned immediately on the return day.

Almost brand new, and fully exclusively equipped, super clean and very reliable vehicle with good sleeping mattresses, plenty of storage space and pleasant driving comfort, nice advice before, during and after the trip including accompaniment at a fair price.

Nice people and great communication (if necessary, advice and assistance is provided until late at night). Great selection of motorhomes at reasonable prices. We will stop by again soon.

Perfect service all around. Very nice, uncomplicated transfer and delivery. We had the camper for two weeks. The location we found perfect for us, you can go from there in all directions. In addition, there are shopping facilities right nearby to buy provisions. For us it is clear that we will rent a motorhome again from Moon Camper in case of another tour in this area. Beautiful, very well maintained mobile. Very friendly landlords. Any problem is solved quickly. Even when traveling, you can call any time if there is a problem. We rent only there.

We were more than satisfied with the handling of our 2022 booked motorhome B CM 6662 from handover to return and wish the entire MoonCamper team all the best! Desired date for rental and handover could be met so far always.
Very friendly and very good advice and briefing, which quickly build trust.
Use of discount offers (Mercedes-Benz) possible.
Contract conditions offer no reason for complaint.
Equipment/equipment can be expanded without any problems.
Rented vehicle in itself very good condition (a more thorough check before handover also brings the fifth star: in the special case, the hinges of a storage door were n.i.O. and the front headlight right loose - yes, comparatively small things) and very clean.
If the road traffic office plays along, the signage could be even better.

Friendliness, speed in processing and accessibility have convinced us.
