With professional performance diagnostics (spiroergometry) and individually tailored training plan, I have the perfect preparation. At the same time, I have learned a lot about HR values and energy metabolism and thus about my health.
I feel in very good hands with Simon. He gives me absolutely competent advice at all times and challenges me with his demanding training exactly at my performance level.
Simon has been my trainer for 4 years. In this time-slot he has provided me a personalised training plan, aimed at my own running goals built up around my working and private life commitments. I did not get a standard training table to hit my desired half-marathon and marathon time, but a training plan based on my current fitness level, which relies on the most modern science of exercise physiology and sport nutrition. This means that the training sessions keep changing, making the training never boring. I am very satisfied with Simon and I can only recommend him to all amateur runners and triathletes, who want to fully explore their potential.
I have been training with a training plan for a year.
The scope per week are 4 to 5 units depending on availability. Variety with roller, running and athletic training round out the plan.
What I like very much is the training according to heart rate. During the training I concentrate on my body without stress. When training at pace, I always felt stressed and was knocked out the rest of the day.
Also training at heart rate you can improve your times.
I ran my first HM after 4 years of abstinence with fun and well prepared. Fun to do more and keep going!

It was a great training and I can highly recommend it to everyone. Simon was able to motivate us very well to go to the limits and has not let the correct execution of the exercises out of sight. In sum, a very effective workout and would be cool to train next Monday in a larger group :)
I did a spiroergometry with Simon. Before and during the appointment, he explained the procedure to me and gave me initial feedback.
The diagnosis was discussed in a video conference. Here Simon explained all the important values and the impact on my training. This was very valuable for me! It is important to understand why one drives or runs which units with which load! In addition, it was also discussed how the diet before, during and after the units is sensible. I will definitely do another spiroergometry after a few months to train sensibly and adapted and to avoid overloads. Overall, I am very satisfied and can only recommend Simon as a trainer!
I felt very well taken care of with Simon. He directly recognized my problem and gives solution-oriented suggestions. He explains everything very understandably and gives good examples. His lecture on the subject was also well structured and explained very interestingly. I would recommend him at any time.

Simon is a fully dedicated personal trainer who has been able to push me and motivate me to be more consistent with my workout. I trained with him for 5+ months and had NO injury and was able to see good improvement in my endurance and strength. The biggest advantage of having Simon as a trainer is that he makes the whole experience fun - he is devoted to each client a 100% and knows how to follow up on the 'homework'. He always has an alternative when a certain kind of workout does not seem to fit, and shares tips on how to keep active at home. I have really enjoyed training with him and would recommend him strongly as one of the best qualified personal trainers.
I started training with Simon as an injury-prone, moderately athletic person and immediately had the impression of professionalism and friendliness. He always responded creatively and sympathetically to my concerns, while offering training that was definitely sporty and demanding. The atmosphere was always great and Simon responded very flexibly to challenges, always focusing on fun and training. I felt very well taken care of and would recommend Simon to athletes of all levels!
Tough as nails :-) - but nothing comes from nothing and thanks to Simon, the inner pig is always reliably overcome .... and the fun does not come too short. Who is motivated, has Bock and wants to stay on the ball, is with Simon definitely at the right address!
Under Simon's guidance, I have completely changed my running style after 46 years of running and feel much better. Since injuries are often caused by incorrect movement, I hope to have many more active, injury-free running years ahead of me with the new, improved running style.
